Your stuff when you go on a ride?

I always find a friendly chap and have them hang onto my wedding ring, Franklin Mint die cast car collection, wallet, and hard won collection of gold ingots obtained from countless pirate ship diving expeditions. Anyhoo, I'll just tell the fellow to wait for me at the exit and to return my stuff. It can be a bit awkward if you're about to wait in a longer queue so I may offer them a dime (handy for pay phones) for their troubles. Sometimes, they aren't there when I exit, but every once in a while this system works well.

Rides like Splash & POTC may have wet floors so watch before you set your backpack down. And just be careful when you enter and exit the rides that you watch where the backpack is swinging. I've been hit many times by clueless guests whipping them around when putting them on or taking them off.

Then there is also being the victim of someone getting by a crowd while wearing a backpack and not remembering they have a few extra inches attached to their back. Happens more regularly when they are trying to get through lines or on buses.

Always amazes me the amount of stuff some people bring with them to a park. I understand being prepared for any contingency but what are the odds of that happening? For me it's my wallet, car keys and phone.

This is easy to do if you are entering the parks on your own. A little different if you have little ones with you.

Same here there is no way in the world I would lug around a back pack all day.
