Your ideal resort/room stay for a WDW vacation

Personally, I wish I could afford a week-long stay at the Contemporary, in the tower, in a room facing the Magic Kingdom (club level too). But unfortunately for me, that hasn't ever happened and I'm not sure it will. That's probably my ideal stay. What's yours, and have you gotten to do it?

I would love to stay in the Grand Suite at the GF. View of the Poly and the Castle. It is like a two bedroom apartment with dinning room, living room, bathrooms and two bedrooms. It also has club level and turn down service. Would be a dream if i could stay there, don't think I ever will be able to afford this one. lol

I've tried the resorts at all levels. For me, I like to be a kid when at WDW. Ideal for me is my room by the pool at Pop. It just feels like Disney to me.

I would love GF club level MK view! Will never happen if I have to pay for it! Do visit the resort every time I go though.

The real nice thing about the Villas there is that it is very quiet. There are times that you might think no one else is staying there. The lobby is great as well. Very relaxing.

We're doing ours in June - we've always wanted to stay at the BC, and be able to walk into Epcot every evening for dinner. We've done the MK view room at the Contemporary, and it was awesome, but this has been our dream stay for a few years. It's taken a ton of work and saving, but we're about to pay it off!

for me, if I could afford it, it would be the steeplechase suite at the boardwalk resort.

Big, calm, pretty. I really like the rooms at RPH. I'd like them to be bigger, but those are my favorite rooms. I cannot imagine liking one more.

So, re-do the Poly rooms to be more like that (which I think they are, lol), make them bigger...that's my ideal Disney room. I also want Tuvalu, upper floor, MK view...since I get to pick.

I would take any room available at the Grand Floridian. Stayed in pretty much all the categories (except outer lodge suite) and the room/view doesn't matter to me, as long as I'm at the GF. Although I will say, the gold room keys add a nice touch ​

Resort Room!! yeah yeah..gotcha.

We're booked at the CR with a MK view this September...I'm hoping things go smoothly and we don't have to change anything.
We're usual "moderate" folks and we have to save every single penny in order to pull this off.

Anyway if all goes well that would be awesome but I think my personal favorite would be
Poly MK view. Although anywhere at the Poly is A-Ok with me - that isn't the case for me at the Contemporary.

I'm envious of your idealism. Not that I'm blowing it out top notch all the time, far from it and NOT that there is anything wrong with doing it style either but deep in my heart this is the way I want to think. Especially when WDW.
Plus it would make my wife (and our bank account) happy...and I don't do that enough....

Polynesian Club Level with MK view. I've been fortunate enough to stay at Poly once and had a great garden view room, and LOVED it. This would take it to the next level of awesome.

I priced my dream WDW vacation, $21,034. Not going to happen! That was staying at GF Club Level with MK view. I WILL stay at the GF one year, when is the real question

Are the gold keys conceirge? We stayed at the GF with club/conceirge service twice (AMAZING Florida Resident, Annual Passholder rate in February) and as I was looking back over my collection of room keys the other night, I noticed those two were gold. Wasn't sure if it was a Deluxe resort or club/conceirge designation.
