POTC has a great queue as does TOT. I also like the queue at GMR for those times you have to wait a while. The movies playing on the big screen in the end room are fun to watch.

PotC : for the theming, the music and the cold air.
ToT : for the the boiler room
Star Tour : for all the gag in it. The only line that i prfer when tey have a long wait time (rare when i go)
Muppet 3D : Not the line but the pre show
EE : for the theming.
