My changes would be simple, well, sort of. It'll involve moving most of the tents of Storybook Circus further south over where The Indy Speedway currently is (this will in turn be relocated where Tomorrowland theater used to be). We're clearing all this space to make room for Arrendelle, which will basically a complete recreation of what was in Frozen. Here are some bullet points:

Arrendelle - From the outside we see the beautiful arrendelle castle and right behind it, in the distance, is the north mountain, with the Snow Queen's palace glistening in the Florida sun.
-Arrendelle itself will be an indoor mini-land similar to Tokyo DisneySea's Mermaid Lagoon with the Arrendelle castle acting as an entry way into an indoor "frozen" wonderland.

"The Snow Queen's Frozen Palace" - A traditional, expansive dark ride where Olaf guides you on a magical ice sled ride through the kingdom of Arrendelle and the many new frozen wonders that they have accrued since Queen Elsa started ruling.
- The queue begins in Arrendelle Castle where we go through the halls and rooms from the movie featuring murals, paintings and storybooks depicting the story of the sisters, a prelude to the adventure we are about to embark on.
-We load enchanted ice sleighs that move on their own, taking us through the frozen kingdom with Olaf as our host.
-We see beautiful icicle gardens, frozen waterfalls, lovely arctic animals that have made Arrendelle home. We are then chased by wolves and in the hubbub we are caught in a snow storm. culminating in an attack by a snow monster. We are then rescued by Elsa and taken up to the beautiful ice palace up in the north mountain.

Other attractions in Arrendelle:

Olaf's Summer Skates - A permanent ice skating rink courtesy of Olaf's personal flurry.

"Do You Want to Build a Snowman" - A snow playground where guests can play and have fun on real actual snow.

Kristoff and Sven's Bobsled Ice Delivery (title pending) - a miniature "bobsled" roller coaster featuring the royal ice master and deliverer's brand new ice delivery system.

~~~~~
Also as an aside, the Tangled restrooms will be the setting for "Rapunzel's Painting Class" where kids can spend time with the lost Princess and learn how to paint.
If I could have done the Fantasyland expansion my way...
Cut:
  1. Princess Fairy Tale Hall
  2. Storybook Circus
Removed:
  1. Tomorrowland Speedway
Added space:
  1. Outside the berm (used via a tunnel that conceals the backstage areas until you reach the other side)
Section 1 -
Castle area (Peter Pan/Pooh/Snow White/Philharmagic):
  1. Peter Pan gets real AAs and a upgraded, detailed London facade
  2. Mary Poppins becomes the new resident of Snow White's former space (with umbrellas as ride vehicles) - the facade is also upgraded to resemble the locale from the film
  3. Winnie the Pooh gets an upgraded, woodland facade that still has the quaintness of a cottage in the London countryside (actual AAs are added to the ride)
  4. Philharmagic gets randomized similar to Star Tours II, with 5 to 10 different combinations
B&TB area
  1. Basically keep this area the same except add a Tiki Room style show similar to the one planned for Disneyland Paris
Little Mermaid ride
  1. Change the ride so that guests go on a new adventure with Ariel and her friends. Make the storyline coherent, and use the new projection tech found on the Seven Dwarf AAs.
SDMT
  1. Make the ride longer as originally planned, with one more quick show scene. Other than that, it looks absolutely beautiful
Courtyard (Carousel)
  1. The Carousel is relocated to the Storybook Circus area
  2. Both Dumbo rides are relocated to the courtyard of Fantasyland
Storybook Circus area (Mad Tea Party/Barnstormer/tents/former Dueling Dumbos)
  1. This area is used for Wonderland and Pixie Hollow
  2. A Pixie Hollow play area takes the Tea Cups' old spot
  3. In Dueling Dumbos' place, the Carousel and Mad Tea Party take their place. The Carousel is rethemed to the Queen of Hearts' horses, while Mad Tea Party stays the same
  4. The Barnstormer is rethemed and expanded into a Cheshire Cat ride (with extensive trees and "clouds" incorporated throughout the ride)
  5. The tents are bulldozed for a nice KUKA Arm E-ticket dark ride themed to the most recent version of Alice - 44" height requirement
Outside the berm (Bald Mountain and Arendale)
  1. A new Disney mountain is added - using the storyline of facing all of the Disney villains within Chernabog's lair. - 48" height requirement (don't know what type of coaster)
  2. The remaining space is used for an Arendale mini-land, including a indoor all-ages, family raft ride (think POTC and Small World with a raft) inside Elsa's new ice palace, an Olaf flat ride similar to Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, and a track ride similar to Treasure Hunters at Universal Singapore where Sven and Kristoff enlist you in scavenging ice for them.
Tomorrowland Speedway area -
  1. In its place, a new Wreck-it Ralph E-ticket takes its place. On the Fantasyland side, guests are taken on a race through Sugar Rush, while the Tomorrowland side provides a cruise through Hero's Duty. This is so a proper transition can be provided between the two lands. - 32" for Sugar Rush, 40" for Hero's Duty
