1) People on cell phones in parking lots. People...it's dangerous...put the phone down until you've found a parking spot or have left the area.
2) People who get a green arrow to turn on...then the green arrow turns yellow...then red..and people keep turning. I swear I'm gonna ram that last car one of these days.
3) People who throw garbage out their car windows.
4) People who wait until the LAST POSSIBLE MINUTE to merge into traffic when their lane is ending. That has always irritated the living @&#% out of me and wouldn't you know it, a few years back, an old classmate of mine lost his life that way when he cut in too close to a semi and it rolled him over.
