It's not just at WDW - you see it everywhere! My personal favorite is the people who change a baby's diaper and then toss it out on the pavement of a parking lot.....:fork:

I have actually seen this too and it just grosses me out.

I hate it when people throw gum on the pavement too. One day I came out to my car to find a chewed piece of gum on the hood of my brand new car.:fork: It had already melted from the heat. I had to drive home with it on there and put ice on it until it hardened and then I pulled it off. I did wear gloves but it was still gross.

I was taught and have taught my children, not to throw anything out of the car. I even have trouble throwing the peanut shells on the floor of restaurants that want customers to do just that.
