besides the picture below, does anyone have any pictures that they have personally captured of the yeti? i'm curious to see if anyone has gotten any decent shots of him. my video didn't turn out all that well (a little shaky!) :)

i wouldve thot that a creature that lives in a very high moutainous area thats has alot of snow cover would be white not brown.

i know its a mythical creature, but still...

That's funny, I believe that the topic starter wanted personal photographs of the yeti, not ones from jimhillmedia.

yeah, that was my thought, but any pictures are cool. he seems to be somewhat elusive, but i figured there must be some people out there that have attempted to photograph him.

Question...

Hey Fud, I havent actually ridden Everest yet but from your picture does the train go right between his legs or just past him? He looks awesome!!!

Well, if you want to compare that to most arctic animals, they have both winter and summer colors. Winter of course being white and brown for summer when all areas are not snow covered.

RatherBinDisney...the cars go past the yeti on the left side (his right) as he swipes at you with the upraised paw in the picture.

well, the picture i posted isn't mine, i think its a publicity photo they put out when it opened (i could be wrong though). the train doesn't go between his legs, it goes right by him and he swipes at your with his hand as you go by! it is awesome! at first it looks like he's really far away, but then you train goes up a bit and brings you right up to him and his massive claws. unbelievable ride!

 Jim Hill, the infamous illegal tour guide operator who got kicked out of Disneyland, the webmaster whose articles invoke mirth and speculation (not to mention-ridicule), the guy who has made "Why for" and "anywho" words that make one cringe!
