Pre-Trip Yes, Virginia, There is a going to be another Prophet TR...

Well we’ve just passed the 30 day threshold so I might as well put this out there. We’re at it again! You were with us in 2015 and again in 2016 so why not come along for 2017! This year we leave the in-laws at home but the kid is bringing a friend! So here are the details:


Who: DW(@imahistorygeek), DD(TheKid), and ME(@lostpro9het) We will also bring a friend of TheKid’s who I will call “The Fourth Wheel”

When: Dec17-Dec22

Where: Animal Kingdom Lodge, Jambo 1-bdrm value villa


We will be changing things up a little this year and will by trying out a food delivery service and attempt to cook in the room for a few dinners! We did line up a few ADRs but I’ll get into that a little later. I’m still on the fence about a live or a post TR, probably post so I can enjoy the time. Anyway, that’s it for now I’ll post more fun facts soon!

We check out on the 15th and head down to St. Pete to house hunt although knowing us we will find ourselves back in the world for a few dinners/ cocktails in the world before we heard back home on the 19th.

I know, right!! This will be our second trip with a DD 4th wheel. Its nice knowing they can go do their own thing and the adults can do our thing. I even lined up two ADRs just for the kids.

Seems like we lucked out with that first cruise and haven't synced up since! I still regard the Rockford Peach costumes as some of the best I've seen!

We just came back from pretty awesome week in Mass visiting some historical sites and family for Thanksgiving. Can you believe the DD chose The Bay State over WDW!?!? Giving her that choice really backfired.

Anyhow, we came back to some MickeyMail:

The DW is still researching viable food delivery services to cover the few dinners we dont have ADRs for. Also, the itch for vacation creep is starting...it just feels like a waste to go down on a Sunday when there is a perfectly good Saturday the day before!
