My husband takes the "no pool hopping" rule to the extreme. One night, after an amazing meal at Victoria and Albert's Chef's Table complete with wine pairing, we were leaving the resort late at night. There's something about wine that makes a pool look pretty good. I wanted to dip my toe in the water but my husband reminded me of the pool hopping rule. I remember begging him, "C'mon. Just my toe," but being the good little tourist that he is, he stuck to his guns. :D

It's a Canadian thing... We're unfailingly polite and rule-followers to a fault! :o

They do the wristband thing at the beach resort we stay at in Sandestin, and my son is still wearing his after a month and a half. He thinks its cool. One of those orange rubber bracelets. Each resort has a different color, and they religiously check for them to make sure you're supposed to be there.

Hey,its a free souvenir if you're a kid!

I have no idea where it would be in writing!

The only place where pool hopping is ok is the All Star Resorts, I think!?! I'm pretty sure you can use any pool at the AS Resorts!?!

And Riverside and FQ are "allowed" to pool hop as well, right!?!

Maybe on a sign at the entrance or something.
