I wouldn't mind a NBC at the studios, but would like to see the villians out in force and maybe a walk through haunted house or two. Just make it more adult like to compete with HHN.

Me either, not to mention it came out over 10 years ago...My sister has never even heard of it and this would have to be aimed at the younger generation.
I think this movie has a huge pre-teen/teen fan base--just walk into any Hot Topic--there is Nightmare stuff everywhere. My teen-ager also really loved Corpse Bride. I think there is a market for this kind of thing. And I'd much rather see this, than to see Haunted Mansion re-done (even for part of the year) like at Disneyland.

TNBC isn't my favorite, but I can at least sit through it. I appreciate the work Tim Burton does and can see why some people would really like the film. If the event just had parades then no, I would not go. If there were more to the event, and I went, I wouldn't pay anymore than $10 to get in. That's right $10.

I think I'd rather buy a pin or a new pair of ears, and enjoy stuff that's already included with admission...Wishes, Fantasmic, Illuminations...

I would really rather spend $10 to buy an E-ticket but that isn't going to happen. Of course, that is an entirely different issue.

TNBC "May" have a nice "Cult" following and goth following, but the average guest could give a crap about it. Esp kids. It works in DL because it's california, and because the Local to Vacation Guest ratio is much higher. If it is purely NBC -- Not that many people will care to go. You might, and any friends that you have that were in middle school and discovering goth when the movie came out may be into it, but the general public will just be upset that another park is closing early. Just add NBC to MVMCP somewhere. Maybe retheme toontown or something.

I can see a villain's night at MGM much easier than I can see a NMBC event. I think the theme fits better.

Sure, NMBC is a movie and MGM is for movies, but that's a very broad stretch that I think is used at MGM too much.

With a villain's night, you could incorporate villains from ALL movies. Not just the disney ones, but the live action horror flicks as well in order to entice teens to come. You'd probably have to make an age limit in that case.

Another thing they could do is a special version of Fantasmic!. I'm not sure how feasable that is, but an all-villain cast of Fantasmic created specially for the villain's night would be pretty cool.

scrap fantasmic and make it a bald mt show!

Very true, my cousin is huge into the whole Hot Topic- NMBC thing. Everytime we go to MGM, she spends at least $50 on NMBC merchandise and another $30+ at MK's NMBC cart in front of the Haunted Mansion.

Not a fan of NBC, but if they choose to do this would it good to do this on the same nights of MNSSHP at MK so if they made it a scarier environment people could choose which park/event to go to depending on their aged children?

I loved NBC and a lot of other Tim Burton's work. I don't think an entire theme to it would fly very well, like others have said. It's not everyone's cup of tea. I think it would be cool if they did some little attraction or whatever with it. Maybe a NBC enterance pass discount in between October and December. I'd fly with that! :D

I would pay for it. If the cost was similar to MVMCP $30-$40. I think it could be a darker, more adult driven event. It should be not be as kid driven as MNSSHP. They could have staions set up serving adult beverages like they do at MGM for Osbourn Lights, selling orange glow cubes, etc. I think there is alot of potential for this type of event, if done correctly.

So far the poll show 50% said they would go and another 20+% might, I think Disney can see the $$$$ already.

I don't trust this poll...Disney won't either.

Disney Villains = Lots of Money
NBC = A little money and evident cancellation.

Dont get it

I dont really get all the hoopla over this NMBC stuff. Its not very disney like and not only that the dude doesnt even have any internal organs. And its at least 15 years old now and they have plenty of more current movies tha would be better suited. I dont know that any kid under 18 would even know what nightmare is. I would say unless its supposed to be during halloween they should have a valentines themed event in februrary. With all the famous disney couples, and have romantic themed rides...i always thought they needed a tunnel of love at one of the parks.......
