My sister and her partneer are NOT early risers by any means. We had a group of 12, but luckily we had two vans so the slow ones could meet us later.
When they finally got to the parks they had to stop and smoke every 15 mins. After a couple of days of that nonsense we just took all the kids and told them where to find us at dinnertime.

I'm going with my wife and baby soon. My mother-in-law is coming too (we only asked her to come out of courtesy), even though she has already vocalized her opinion that WDW is too expensive, it's "just for for kids," and the baby is too young to get anything out of it.

This is going to be fun. :hammer:

While my husband was deployed to Iraq, I planned four trips to the World to keep my mind occupied. The trip with our best friends was wonderful, the trip with my family was great, the trip with my mother-in-law and sisters-in-law was fantastic; however, the trip with a friend from work and my five year old was depressing. She is in her fifties and had never been to Disney. She was very excited and I thought it would be great.

Hmmm, she liked to sleep 10 or more hours a day, would eat everything on her plate and then complain that she was too full and question why I hadn't cleaned my plate, and she would follow every passing of gas with "What a blessing." She told me that I was feeding my son "junk food" when he had chocolate milk. The big kicker is when she critiziced me for telling him to stop monkeying around on the queue rails at SSE. She was appalled that I would tell him that if he kept it up he could fall and hurt himself and then we would spend the day in the ER and not at WDW. She had NEVER heard anyone speak to a child in such a "horrible" way :fork: .

It wasn't a terrible trip overall, but it did have quite a few moments.
