All those D#@* Snowbirds from up north come down to Florida, and think they own the road, and after some time MOVE there, and Florida dosent take their licenses away once they cant see, or hear.....
I once saw an older gentleman back up his Lincoln into a parking space, from the OTHER side of the grassy berm at a mall, and backed it completely OVER a small compact car....
For those who live in Sarasota, it happened at Gulf Gate....:lol:
They certainly care when they get hit, but before that? Not at all.
for this reason 
(I grew up listening to my parents complain about MA drivers. )
and there is this one strip of road that the signs say 35 and everyone seems to go 25,but then when they hit E.337th street,which is 25,they speed up to 35!
