World showcase,Is it worth it?

Every attraction at Disney World is worth checking out once. If it appeals to you, great! If not, you just don't need to bother with it again the next time. Personally, I don't care much for Maelstrom, as I find the ending too abrupt and, in these times a giant oil rig seems such a horrible way to say, "Here's what best represents present day Norway!" I much prefer the film "The Spirit of Norway" that follows it. Gran Fiesta, however, is quite an enjoyable experience to me, and while it's not heavy on the information about Mexico, it does show quite a few scenic locales within the country. Of course, the theme song "The Three Caballeros" is always catchy, too...even if I do miss the El Rio del Tiempo theme song.
They're not rides, but Reflections of China, American Adventure, Reflections de France, and O'Canada! all rate higher than the rides, in my opinion.

When me and my family have been to world showcase we have not had a proper good look round world showcase(Disney can be overwhelming!) and i just wondered if some of the rides (Such as maelstrom and The boat ride in the mexican pavillion) were worth it?

Opinions please :) xxx
Yes, it is totally worth it. World Showcase is my favorite place in the World. I wonder around each country, try the foods, talk to the CMs from other countries, watch the movies (Canada, France, China, American Adventure) and check out the items for sale in the stores. It is a great way to learn about other cultures. There usually is live entertainment at any given time outside. I like to have some wine from France and walk around with it. It is very relaxing. We spend part of everyday there.
