Good morning-
Today was a 20 minute hiit workout that I found on YouTube. It wasn't a "follow along" workout, but one where you wrote down the exercises and did the workout on your own. I have a hiit/tabata timer app on my phone, so I set it up and went for it. What a sneaky, little workout. I started the workout thinking, "This is kind of weak." But then I made it to the last round and my legs were refusing to move as quickly as I wanted them to and my heart rate was really up there. I was giving myself little pep talks. I stretched for 10 minutes afterwards and it felt really good.
I ate so many carb-y things yesterday and then topped it off with 2 glasses of wine. I only wanted one, but my husband talked me into a second glass. So, today is a better food day.
It's going to be 75 today, so I am definitely getting out for a stroll.
