working out for Disney

Good morning, I just did JM's boost metabolism and Leslie Sansone's 5 mile, It's going to be beautiful and I'm hoping to walk about 7 miles today, nice and easy (Disney pace) Hope you are all well!!!!!!!!!! xoxo Figgy

Well I went and did a very fun 2 1/2 mile power walk and then wound up doing 1 1/2 hours of aerobics:eek: the last workout wasn't planned! It was something I was roped into!:eek: I don't care if it's on my diet I'm having a mojito tonight

Good morning after yesterday's crazy triple header:eek: Today is all about rest and relaxation mani-pedi, shopping and I'm going to do some yoga and stretching. To all I won't catch over the weekend have a good one!

Good morning YEA!!!!!!!! I went raw yesterday! Not something I plan on doing everyday or even often but I do feel cleaner this morning if that's even the right wordo_O Today is 5 miles with boosters. Never did tell you what that is:eek: Well it's an indoor low impact aerobic dvd that's the equal to waling 5 miles. Mile 1 is done carrying hand weights and moving them around a little today I'm going to use 5 pounds in each hand, mile 2 is at a faster pace with 2 jogging intervals mile 3 is done with a belt with stretch cords mile 4 is done at a very fast pace and mile 5 is also pretty fast and you use a stretch band for some resistance moves. The whole thing takes between an hour and 10 or 15 minutes! I'm going to get out and get out and get some shopping for my trip and garden done early and then spend the day planting.

I'm having a busy weekend!:eek: I did get 5 miles in today and now I'm heading off to do laundry, pack and get some things in my garden! I hope you are all doing well, moving and enjoying your weekend! xoxo

Almost exactly 17 days from now we'll be hitting the road. Super crunch time pun intended!:D I'm really going to try and get out and walk at LEAST 5 miles every day between now and when I leave! That will be in addition to my morning workout! Today was JM's no more trouble zones and 5 miles with boosters! At this point I'm just going to try and build up my endurance and come home well rested! Hope everybody had a great weekend!:)

Hey Figgy!! Sounds like you are on your way!! Not much longer now!! Yea!!
Our weekend was half rain and half just cloudy. Too wet to get much done Saturday or Sunday. Did get my flowers all potted and out before it rained. The garden is growing too!
I did get my walking in between showers on Saturday and again yesterday. Will do the same today, but the sun is actually coming out now.
Everyone have a wonderful day!! Summer is almost here!!:)

Looks like we had the same weather!:rolleyes: But I got my flowers planted and some of my tomatoes. The rest of my stuff will be in by the end of next weekend!:) I've done 5 miles so far and heading back out if the sun comes out. 17 LONG days to go.

:eek: It's like FL here 69 degrees at 5am. But I did manage to get my H.I.I.T. day in:) I really sweated bullets and I drank so much water but it's over with:) It's going to be another beautiful day here so I'm going to head out for quite a while walking and working on my tan! Have a great day and keep moving!!!!!!!!!!!
