Nope..I've just found out whit's happened to our Mr Ferret..The Island of Guernsey has a Harpo Marx fan base,and Mr Ferret is the president..So the month of October was Harpo's birthday month and all members are not allowed to speak for the entire month, in either speech or written material..:)..

Phew!....Went out for a quick walk to buy the newspaper this morning...Brrrr..And I mean quick...Freeeeezing..But the sky is saltire blue with a lovely orange sunrise..No excuse for a 3 mile walk later..School finishes today and my son is looking forward to 12 days of sun,sea,and sangria..He turns 16 when we are in andalucia...No he won't be drinking sangria..I will give him a wee glass of bubbly tho..LOL...Anyway,keep moving folks..Keep warm..Eat healthy and most importantly..Keep dancing..;)

Good morning, ok I'll admit I'm not happy about today's weather, COLD, Windy and Rain YUCK! Don't mind me I'm going on a slight lack of sleep. We just got in late last night and by the time I got everything done......... So today at some point I'll take a nap. James' doctor's appointment went very well, he's very healthy. I don't know if I've mentioned this before I love his doctor a most wonderful holistic practitioner and Disney fan. well 5 miles done and if I don't get out I'll do a little extra yoga this afternoon. Going with a green cleansing smoothie this am, lunch will be assorted raw veggies and black beans and dinner will be moussaka, that's going to be an experiment, I'm taking an old recipe and going to try and adapt it for me, fingers crossed. I'll be serving it with spaghetti squash. I'm going to get some baking done today, chocolate banana bread for my dh, baked apples for all and if I have time some gluten free blueberry scones for me. If I get out I'll keep my eyes peeled for that weasel um a I meant to say ferret. Keep warm, keep dry and keep moving forward.

@real mad hatter Happy Birthday to the youngest Hatter! 16...What a great age!

The weather here is cold and damp. Practicing and meditating on the back deck came to a screaming halt! I am now celebrating the pocket door DH installed in the den. I get to practice without my Tigger Cat using me as a "cat tree"!

Food today is OFF! I need to do some major shopping. This morning was a kale and berry smoothy with some veggie protein. Lunch will be a salad, I have to go buy it. This kills me! They charge $12 for a salad I can make for $3 at home...GRRR :arghh::banghead: Dinner will depend on what goodness I pick up at the market.

I heard from Mr. Ferret, all is well!

Cheers..Will pass on your birthday wishes to him..He's almost 6 ft..Same as me..6" taller than Mrs Hatter..LOL..Glad you heard from Ssshhhh..you know who.:cautious:.I sent him a PM and he never got back to me..I thought he had joined a Buddist temple and was in a prayer of silence..

My nephew is 16 also. 6 foot 2 and a size 13 foot! I swear its the hormones they pump into our meats and milk! Don't get me started....:in pain:

Whit are you like...LOL...:joyfull:....Quinine???...I'll google that later..The 31 secret ingredients is what makes this stuff taste so good..The recipe is a closely guarded secret. ( Like KFC ) ;)..Trust me..My recipe for a Girder Vodka Roller Coaster...2 pours of Smirnoff vodka..1 pour of Yellow Chartreuse..on the rocks..Topped up with Irn Bru...Turns a pussy cat.. :cat: Into a lion..:joyfull:...or a lioness..

Dirty birdie indeed..o_O..What with @figmentfan423 and her Grey Goose Slushies, and @DisneyDebNJ and her LaPu LaPu...I think you girls need to come into the forest with Mr Hatter:eek:...No relax.:oops:..I'll introduce you to the Cinchona Tree and it's bark of Quinine..It's medicinal properties will have you dancing about like Yoga bear, or in Figgy's case..A leaping leprechaun ..LOL..:joyfull:...

Good morning!! The sun is up and 48 wonderfully chilly degrees!!
Get rid of that rain and cold @figmentfan423 up there! My DD is heading up to NYC tomorrow! I want her to have a good time!! LOL
Happy birthday to you the good DS of @real mad hatter !! Wow you are a tall guy!
Breakfast is shredded wheat with almond milk. Lunch is turkey and veg wrap. Dinner is a veg and egg dish I bake.
Today is stretching and walking! At least it will get warmer today to go outside.
Everyone have a magical day and move it!!:)
