Rumor Wonders of Life getting an attraction soon?

Reading between the lines there seems to be more of a train of thought of "how do we utilise what we have" as opposed to "let’s demolish everything and have no money left to add anything".

Radical I know.
Strange. Who would want to re-purpose a perfectly good and open space that already has basic services installed and doesn't need to go through the usual construction routine of moving waterways/leveling land and the such?

Besides, they'd probably replace it with a box that has pretty front (M:S). It's nice to hear they are currently looking into re-purposing what they have. Hopefully CC will have the same fate, for better or worse.

Its slightly encouraging that at least their mentality is heading in the right direction. I hope. I realize they aren't going to re-construct Wonders of Life as it was but having anything in that building is short term win in my book. Obliviously I would love an original creative idea to construction plan.

Well....re-purposing does not always work out for the better. You need to look no further than WoL second neighbor to the right for proof of that.

I would much rather see them start from bare earth if it means a better attraction.

... and don't forget about immediate left too
:cautious:

building new should be better, but then higher costs can keep green away

anything  is certainly better use for the space than a 'festival center'
... and mayyybe if something goes there, it won't go elsewhere

While many people do not like WoL's new next door neighbor, tearing down and rebuilding was the right choice for what they built. Shoehorning M:S into Horizons would not have gone well.

Building from scratch is not always more expensive than remodeling an existing structure. (just ask NASA) Depending on the final product, it can often be less. It all depends on what will go in the building, what changes will have to be made, and a million other little details.
