I'll take what I can get! Thanks Martin! All I know is the pavilion is being looked at now to return to being a guest facility and not an event building / storeroom.

So has WoL been bumped up in priority then? All I know is the pavilion is being looked at now to return to being a guest facility and not an event building / storeroom.
Reading between the lines there seems to be more of a train of thought of "how do we utilise what we have" as opposed to "let’s demolish everything and have no money left to add anything".So has WoL been bumped up in priority then?
What a concept. What madness will be next, making use of Innoventions East? The Odessy?Reading between the lines there seems to be more of a train of thought of "how do we utilise what we have" as opposed to "let’s demolish everything and have no money left to add anything".
Radical I know.

Strange. Who would want to re-purpose a perfectly good and open space that already has basic services installed and doesn't need to go through the usual construction routine of moving waterways/leveling land and the such?Reading between the lines there seems to be more of a train of thought of "how do we utilise what we have" as opposed to "let’s demolish everything and have no money left to add anything".

Its slightly encouraging that at least their mentality is heading in the right direction. I hope. I realize they aren't going to re-construct Wonders of Life as it was but having anything in that building is short term win in my book. Obliviously I would love an original creative idea to construction plan.Reading between the lines there seems to be more of a train of thought of "how do we utilise what we have" as opposed to "let’s demolish everything and have no money left to add anything".

Us accountants get a bad wrap on this board. The reality though is that the real "bean" counters are the Finance folks in all Corporations.A rare instance in which the bean counter mentality could be a good thing.
Well....re-purposing does not always work out for the better. You need to look no further than WoL second neighbor to the right for proof of that.Reading between the lines there seems to be more of a train of thought of "how do we utilise what we have" as opposed to "let’s demolish everything and have no money left to add anything".

Possibly there is.Very interesting! @marni1971 Isn’t the Guardians project referred to as Project S internally? Maybe a confusion there?
I suspected that Project S was the long-thought-dead Sword in the Stone dark ride.Very interesting! @marni1971 Isn’t the Guardians project referred to as Project S internally? Maybe a confusion there?

I would much rather see them start from bare earth if it means a better attraction.
While many people do not like WoL's new next door neighbor, tearing down and rebuilding was the right choice for what they built. Shoehorning M:S into Horizons would not have gone well.
... and don't forget about immediate left too
building new should be better, but then higher costs can keep green away
anything is certainly better use for the space than a 'festival center'
... and mayyybe if something goes there, it won't go elsewhere
