Although it's counter-service, you will place your order at the front, get your fountain soft drink or hot drink (if you ordered one), and find a place to sit. They give you an order number on a plastic card, and will bring your food to you when it's ready. Furthermore, they may offer to refill your drinks for you, and will bus your table when done. So...you know...leave a tip or something...
I ate at the marketplace one during my last visit and was impressed with how they did that. I had eaten at the Westside one and didn't remember them doing things like that.
If you're referring to the fact that Wolfgang Puck Express isn't currently listed on the 2011 DDP list of restaurants, it happens like that every year. As we get closer to the end of the year, the non-Disney-operated restaurants will sign their contracts and get added onto the official list. Until that point, Disney can only publish the knwon-to-be-participating-at-this-very-moment places.
If it's on the 2010 list, you can be 99.99% assured it will eventually be on the 2011 list, too.
I posted some pictures of our first trip there this last time. We go at least once every year. This last time we went twice. It is our favorite QS on property. I also think it is the best value period. Even over the table service. I think you get food on par with table service for a quick service credit. Check out the food pics of the day II to see my pics. I will have more later with our 2nd round at Pucks Express.
