It's more plausible than a talking racoon.
How would the oxygen even work if you were than small? You would suffocate instantly because the new incredibly small parts of your lungs could not adequately exchange the oxygen. Not to mention the actual problems with "losing the space" between atoms/electrons/etc that most shrinking explanations try to go for. The fluid dynamics would also kill your almost instantlyngl i can buy more into a raccoon with vocal chords than shrinking
Neither are plausible the only difference is one was from the 80s and one from the 2020s.It's more plausible than a talking racoon.
See, but that is science fiction for our actual humanity - to add a future plausible twist to a real world theory of how medicine will be done. Something that we actually are moving towards (without the shrinking humans these days). That is actual science with predictions.. like Horizons was.How many shrink rays bring random observers inside a medical procedure?
Not yet.. but it is science fiction rooted in hypothesis of future tech -- instead just fantasy story telling for entertainment purposes.Would also like to point out that "hypersleep" is a thing in scientific movies and not at all in real life. It's also in Mission Spacea ride created for EPCOT.
I never said talking plants or raccoons are plausible, talking brain organisms or food isn’t either but they were used to educate.See, but that is science fiction for our actual humanity - to add a future plausible twist to a real world theory of how medicine will be done. You're really trying to say Galaxy hopping talking plants, raccoons, and other comic stories are basically the same thing?
You guys are amazing at times..
I actually believe this because there is a lot more room between Odyssey and Mexico than people think. Plus they can always take up some of that water area. I also heard the consideration/idea of removing the restaurant inside the pavilion and making that some type of queue space. However expanding Mexico off to the side makes more sense and would be betterWhat I've heard regarding Coco in Mexico is that their idea was rearranging the flume so that the load platform is on the side of the building facing Odyssey, and then install a new build queue in that area so that it doesn't come at the cost of everything else inside the pavilion. No idea how that is realistic considering Mexico butts up against Odyssey but maybe it would all go around the back or behind Norway. Not that that has anything to do with Wonders.
The information about the body was pretty inaccurate that it might as well be science fictionSilly argument imo. One at least tried to teach you about the human body. And was relative to its pavilion and future world in general.
Guardians is also about futuristic tech, just told with IP characters. The Cosmic Generator with wormholes/teleportation has been repeatedly theorized upon on how we could utilize similar technology. Now, we are very far from it but I would also argue we are farther from shrink rays and still very far from suspended animation. Not yet.. but it is science fiction rooted in hypothesis of future tech -- instead just fantasy story telling for entertainment purposes.

If you utilizing the miniaturization to go into a body is "using the tech" for a ride then certainly a ride where you are constantly jumping through space and orbitting the celestial bodies within should ALSO be considered "using a futuristic tech' as its the whole reason you're on the ride. The entire plot revolves around these wormholes that go through both time and space.Cosmic rewind isn’t about the tech - it’s a story about joining super heros to prevent the destruction of earth from some fantasy alien USING the jump holes.
You really need me to spell out for you how that is nothing like a fictional journey inside the body that uses human physiology to be the perils and thrills while exposing guests to these concepts of how the body functions?
Is reading comprehension really this bad everywhere now? It seems the common thread here is people have no clue what plots or messages are anymore… they can only comprehend what they physically have in front of them? This is like grade school book report stufff…
I urge you the use common sense on this one. It is not that deep. The information about the body was pretty inaccurate that it might as well be science fiction
I would argue that your common sense is off as the argument again was that while it used fictional technology, it was an educational tool that helped people know more about our bodies. If that information was laughably incorrect at most times, then this whole attraction was essentially pure fiction, masquerading as an educational experience similar to how Guardians does with its “City design on a futuristic planet”I urge you the use common sense on this one. It is not that deep.
Yes, I get it. You will argue over anything. You never want to cede ground. It is exhausting.I would argue that your common sense is off as the argument again was that while it used fictional technology,
Not even those classy exercise bikes?!?I honestly don’t think there’s anything there worth salvaging and it’s probably best to level it for potential future expansion rather than let it sit there in guest’s view.
I don't remember how/where, but I do remember EO being presented as "a creation of imagination"Imagination doesn't really count and you could also argue that EO might actually not have fit either.
