I found one for Dinosaur and a Tomorrowland Indy Speedway Version Licensed driver card.

Apparently there is some form of interest in these forms of curios, but given the rarity/historical value (well, raven, I respect what you heard about possibly being multiple mint copies of the certificate being out there) I am surprised this exists.
