Wishing It Was Spring Already with Magic Friends

This was what her email said: She has a coarticulation of the aorta and something that closes around a week old closed improperly so that her heart and whole body was shutting down. She also has a little hole in her heart that is less serious and more common, often those holes close on their own.

It's scary because she's been completely healthy and happy...and just had a great check-up w/ the doctor. Then she started refusing food and became uncharacteristically inconsolable. She took her took to the doc and "as a precautionary" he sent them to the NYU ER. She said within a minute of getting her there, they had her on a stretcher and a whole team of ER doctors and staff were all over her and had put IV, oxygen etc. Apparently she had had a cardiac problem and her whole body was shutting down.

Again, I cannot even imagine having to watch that happen to my 1 week old baby...:(

Neither can I.:(

Hmmm, I'm thinking about auditioning for the Parade of Dreams.
There's an audition coming up.
I wouldn't make it, but I want some experience auditioning for stuff...

You definitely should!

WDW. :fork::fork::fork:
It'll be around for another year or so.
So no need to worry.:)

Ooo, maybe then I will audition for it!

Wait...Is the car accident a separate story from George's dad's surgery?
Sorry, had to run for a second. Yes, he was on dialysis when she was coming into visit him at the hospital. The guy said he never say her. She is fine but shaken. The car had the back door smashed in. The window is fine and the door opens somewhat. But that is about it.

Wow.
When it rains... :dazzle:
And $700 to get your car fixed. Goodness!

So...
How's things going in your own little family?
Is George adjusting? Did he get his shower? :lookaroun
