I love Eng...I truly do, but I think they should pick literature that is INTERESTING.

Exactly. It's always gotta be the most boring stuff that's ever been written...and then they expect you to a.) get it...meaing get all the symbolism, etc that attacted and b.) love the work because it's supposed to be this masterpiece.

Hmmm, I'm thinking about auditioning for the Parade of Dreams.
There's an audition coming up.

Hello...back from conferences. Guess what??

Joel's special ed teacher feels that he may be able to be FULLY included in the regular 1st grade room, with special ed support present. He'll still have OT and speech, and can go to the sensory room if he's feeling overwhelmed, but otherwise....Yay!!!!!! :sohappy::sohappy:

Abby's teacher told me they take the kids over to the middle school in May and show them around where they'll be next year. Then they have orientation in August with the parents. *Sighs*....where has the time gone?

Oh Jenny, that's wonderful!!!! :sohappy:for Joel! And Abby, even though it's tough seeing her grow up :kiss:

Right. Well, just because it's a classic does not mean I'll love it. Matter of fact, there's a pretty good chance I'll hate it. Those classics are usually dreadfully boring to me. (And this is from a person who likes to read!).
