Quick "dumb-blond" Steph, costume party story: So a few years ago, my friends were throwing a "40's Party". My roommate and I were SO excited. We went to the thrift stores and got some great flapperish outfits, bought fishnets, the whole shebang. We show up....they open the door and no one is dressed up. They meant "40's" the size of a beer can, not the decade.
