Have you tried calling them, Betty?
They credited us with the $200, but then charged us roughly $825 for the class (which we already assumedly paid for in his tuition). I can't make it make sense to me, but that's what they said. I feel so stupid that I don't understand this!

How's your mom doing Danny?

Very good, actually. She was at the recovery stage yesterday (that's less than 48 hours after surgery) that the nurse thought would take a couple of weeks minimum. Honestly, apart from being the slightest bit more tired than usual, she appears completely fine. :sohappy:

Actually I did call them because they wouldn't let DS submit his room application for next year because he had an outstanding balance. It just makes no sense to me. We have the supervisor's number to call tomorrow, but I'm trying to understand it all tonight.

What you said made sense...you should have already paid for it. You shouldn't own anything.

Maybe check your records to see what classes you paid for?

I've looked all over the website and can't find anything about it, other than the refund thing.

It almost sounds like they refund you for the time he was actually in the class. But that doesn't make sense. I don't know. Hopefully whoever you talk to will clear things up...in your favor.
