On a totally different subject...guess what?! There are no 30 degree temps listed anymore for our daytime forcast for the next 15 days!!! The lowest high is going to be in the 40s! I can feel the warmth a coming!!!

I know what you mean...the trip to Bunny's this time is nowhere near as cheap as it was for my last trip...I've kept putting off purchasing my tickets on the off chance that it go down just once...it hasn't yet. It's stayed at the same highish rate the whole time. It hasn't even gone down $20!

Yikes! Here's to hoping some sales pop up soon--for both our sakes!

Nothing has shown up. I even signed up for Ding on the off chance that maybe something there would be cheaper...nothing.

I think I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet on this one. It's just too bad it hasn't gone down, even for a day. I figured it might go down just once.

Jen, did you read a couple of days ago that I saw my first Robins of the year. I was so freaking excited! I'm starting to see more birds lately. Yay! They're coming back. They must know something!

I know! I saw a lot of birds right before our big snow - I could just picture them going :fork: after we got hit.

I'd be swearing too if I was that bird! I mean come on! It's supposed to be getting warm! And it just snow a dump truck on them!

In the past few days here though, the bird population is really starting to pick up. And I saw a bug yesterday too. It's funny how you don't notice those things leave in the winter...and then you notice...hey, the birds are back. Like it's so weird how they're just gone one day...all of them and then the next, back with a vengence.

A Target Super Store opened up in out town. it's the first one in the SouthEast, so of course we had to check it out. :lol: I threw a diaper shower for a friend in small group. We had "pizza and game" night with some friends. I finished another scrapbook page. It was pretty eventful. (Not to mention church on Sunday)

I'm really hoping so Jenny... It's just that I'm such a saver. I really don't like to spend money very often. (I'm a stick-in-the-mud, I know...) And we HAVE the money for a trip now ( a short, inexpensive one, but at least something) but I'm just thinking, IF we have a baby soon, well we just don't have enough of a cushion for all that just now...

I really WANT to go somewhere... I just don't know if now is the time to spend the money.

Or even like what we just did. Going to the lake for the weekend. Now, granted, they don't have the lake per say in Tenn...but they should have something that you can take that quick weekender, that should be relatively inexpensive.

Is that still a rumor, or are there plans for it? Right now I'm totally fine with just the videos. TBH, I'd be seriously annoyed if I went there to enjoy it and encountered a bunch of slobbering drunks heckling the performers. Did most people there manage to reign it in?

A weekend at the lake sounds GREAT Nibbs! If I didn't live so far away I'd ask if I could come visit.
I'm actually looking at some cabins in the Smokey Mountains. They can be rahter expensive. But it wuld just be the two of us, in the mountains, with no other cabins TOO close by and a jacuzzi. I suppose we could try Dollywood if we wanted to as well. It's only a 4 hour drive there I think. But we're still lokking at about $165 a night. MAN I'm so cheap!
