First there are only three phases. Second phases always apply to the entire park. The aux path is now open so guests coming in can use that to get into the park as main street is full. It's a little slow going but manageable. Crowds are in good spirits. There is no need to exaggerate this. Is it busy? Yes. It is closed and on crowd level on par with July 4th and NYE.
