There was a time where it was, for lack of better words, "policy" of Disney to showcase brands that were not main stream brands you could find anywhere, its too bad they have turned to bland brands you can find anywhere.
This is a sponsorship. Just like KODAK, GM, IBM, Siemann's, TCM, etc. all had/have sponsorships over the years. Those aren't exactly brands that you could not find anywhere. Any brand could have sponsored the fireworks. Pandora stepped up. Good for them to take advantage of the opportunity. Good for Disney for getting the bucks. Hope they put them to good use. Hope Pandora makes a killing as that might encourage more investment in future attractions by Disney and their sponsors.
