Will Tattoine Traders stay open?

Even if Star Tours closes for its refurb at the end of the day today and won't reopen until May 2011......will the Tattoine Traders gift shop remain open? We'll be visiting in January 2011 and a 5 year old going along has already declared he wants to see the Star Wars store. Anyone know if it'll be open?

Mixed info in this. The attraction is closing down after today, and I understand that at the moment a final decision on the shop remaining open hasn't been made. We'll soon find out.

I heard from a CM working there that it will remain open until January.
