Can the new Star Wars land with only two rides be immersive enough to hold the attention of guests for two full days. That is two full days without leaving the land. I know many details still need to be announced, but once the Star Wars resort is up and running, will there be enough to do.
Galaxy's Edge will be built on 14 acres, Toy Story Land is 11 acres and Pandora is built on 12 acres. I think Harry Potter is built on 20 acres. With the addition of the resort this number could really increase for Galaxy's Edge.
For the lands already built, it would be difficult to spend a full day in them let alone two days or more.
In Orlando for Potter, it took two whole days for us, but that included doing the two full parks. We maybe spent 30% to 40% of our time in Potter land. My wife is a huge fan of the books and movies. Even then we spent much of our time just looking at things. It seems most people don't like to just smell the roses, so we may be unique in this respect, this is just an assumption.
For Pandora, we can spend an hour to two hours here a couple times a visit. Of course we will only wait 45 minutes for FOP and no more than 20 minutes for Navi. This also would be at night time, during the day it just isn't as spectacular to us. I thought the movie was just okay and my wife could care less for it.
We haven't been to Toy Story land yet, but I see it as a few hours max.
It will be amazing to me if Galaxy can do this with a smaller foot print than Potter.
