Will Staggs be the next CEO?

Would be interesting. Just having a CEO that paid attention to the parks would be great.

Staggs has been CEO at P&R for the last 3 years. In that period, Disney announced Avatarland. (The New Fantasyland, Carsland, and NextGen were launched before the start of Staggs' tenure.) Under Staggs, it might end up taking WDW 7 years to add a land. This at a time when Universal is retheming lands in half the time.

Staggs has been at Disney 1990 and is very much park of the current corporate culture.

I wouldn’t be too perky on Staggs. He's part of the team that looks to "price leverage" WDW. That's code for raising prices.
