Will Dining Reservation automatically cancel

If you cancel your resort reservation, will your dining reservations automatically cancel? I think I read once that it doesn't, but since you have to use your resort reserv. # to make early dining reservations, I just wondered how close the 2 #'s were tied together. We may upgrade resorts, and I wanted to make sure my dining reservations don't cancel.

NO - they are not linked together.

They only use your resort reservation to determine your eligibility for the 90+10.

Hmmm, I made ADR's but never used my reservation information. How did that happen?

Oh, duh, I guess they just went by the date I booked and the date I was doing the booking.

Not a chance WDW's on-line Computer systems are not linked to each other in any fashion. Some of us question whether they are even linked to WDW
