Does being a paid advertiser to be named an "official sponsor" require the recipient to solely use (or even majority use) the product of the sponsor?

The guest Wi-Fi does not use AT&T. It is land-based and uses Smart City Telecom.

AT&T has a network of mini towers within WDW to boost their cellular signal, but the Wi-Fi is independent.
However, as finicky as WDW's WiFi is under even moderate strain, a dramatic increase in devices connecting to get around the loss of cellular service could cause serious delays or interruptions.

Agreed, it isn't *just* a disney problem, but a destination that is almost entirely app-based is screwed in these types of situations.
Since this outage started in the early morning hours, it stands to reason that plenty of guests on AT&T wanted to get into the Guardians or TRON VQ and couldn't. That alone is a major guest dissatisfier, and of course, only scratches the surface of guest impacts.

Glad I have a mobile phone interview in 45 minutes as an AT&T customer...
Do you have Wi-Fi calling on? That might help. Otherwise you could try getting a Google Voice number and sending that to your interviewer, and try taking the call on your computer or mobile phone on WiFi and with the app.
