this is random but after seeing Daisy in Mickey's Magic Show a LONG time ago, I wonder why they didn't include her in DAWM.....

Dream Along with Mickey. It 's the current castle show running at the MK.

And technically Daisy isn't a member of the Fab Five. Pluto on the other hand is, so of any of the characters you would think Pluto would be up there with the other 4, but I digress

Oh hey tathompson87, sorry to change the subject a bit, but what did you think of Mickey's Magic Show when you saw it? Did you like it?

Well that was my first time seeing the characters in they're new...."skin" if you will lol, because I was very close to the stage. So that just blew me away all together. But it was nice little show, some of the magic tricks were cool also. If I had the chance to see it again, I would.

Probably because Daisey comes of as kindof a b$%&*.

Sorta Kidding, just always the impression I got any time she talked, specifically in the Magical Express video.

Awesome!!!! I'm glad you liked it. I was just curious what you thought, cause I have some "close friends" in the show. :animwink:

One thing that makes DAWM so great is because it's well balanced. Mickey and Minnie are the cutest couple and the princess segment is perfect for them. Daisy on the other hand would not be as graceful. Goofy and Donald are a great comedic team and that really helps sell the pirate seen. Daisy would nag Donald in his lack of skills as a captain. Plus Daisy's only dream is to win a shopping spree. It just works well with Daisy not being included. Same with Pluto. That's just more stage time you have to dedicate to that character and find a logical reason for their presence.

Couldn't agree more. Although it would have been fun to see Daisy in the show, she would've downed the whole fab five concept.

As much as I love all the Ducks I think that Daisy wouldn't really fit into the show with the story arc they use now.

On an somewhat related note: What is Mickey's Magic Show? I've never heard of it was it an old stage show or maybe a DL thing?

Mickey's Magic Show is a traveling Disney live show that is put on by Feld Entertainment- they're the ones who put on the Disney on Ice shows

Daisy is hard to find...period. The first year we took our son (in 06') he really wanted to see her. Everywhere we went he asked all of the characters where she was. They would sign swimming, shopping and cooking. When we finally saw her, he was psyched!!:)

I've seen her out in front of the BAH with Minnie everytime I have been to DHS during my last 3 trips.

Correct, it's apart of the new "Disney Live" brand. The show toured 35 cities in North America in 2006, but has now been overseas on tour since the beginning of '07. It was all over Asia, Egypt, and Dubai this past year, and will be heading for a 10 month tour of Europe and the UK later this summer. It's a really fun show to see and be a part of. I would definitely try to see it if it's ever performing in a city near you. :)
