Why I hate rain...

Because everyday at noon it has to!!!

I hate when I work at the parks and people strat freaking out like they have never seen rain. Yes it does rain in sunny Flroida.

One time we went 101 at "Alien" and all the people were sitting in the chamber wearing their ponchos and before I told them to "get out" I was like "how is everyone enjoying sunny Florida?"

I'm so mean.
I had to e-vac yesterday because of SIR's thumb was leaking profusly. I told everyone "In the future things never seem to work out"

I actually like when it rains. Its a change of pace. I especially like when it rains at disney any time between October and February because it stays cool. But during the summer its really humid, and that stinks.

The most fun is getting stuck in WS in the rain! I remember one tirp we were in I think France and it started pouring down rain and so we ran from store to store then to the movie it was pretty fun!

The rain in Florida is as warm as bath water and never seems to last all that long.

i like the rain in the summer....its relaxing plus it you get wet when the rain stops you dont mind being a little damp because it is so HOT!!!! never wear ponchos....they are for wimps!!!!

Rain may not be too bad; it's the floods that really annoy me. You know, the massive pools of water that collect on the flat land, deep enough to soak your socks and trying to avoid them makes you prance around like Tigger....

It's wierd - I went in May once year and it only rained once, and that was for about 5 mins late one evening.... I was there for 14 nights too!

Being on vacation in DisneyWorld in the summer months, I usually enjoy the rain! It cools everything off a bit. And it "usually" doesn't last for very long, just a short shower.
It's the cold weather I hate! We went last Feb and it was freezing cold!

The only reason I don't like the rain, is that it frizzes up my hair.

The rains alright....

except...

1) gets all the outdoor rides seats wet....ie...dumbo..and ASTRO O
2) the walkways at the MK get slippery...
3) forced to stay in the stores...and spend nexts month tuition...
4) if your daring enough...have to buy a poncho...what a waiste of 6 bucks...I just "borrow" a few garbage bags...from the bathrooms...:lookaroun :lookaroun :lol:


But the rain does have advantages...

1) clears the parks...
2) makes the walkways slippery...see people fall...:lookaroun :lol:
3) have to buy ponchos...laugh at the duck-wannabes...:lol:
4) seeing people sprint on the slippery walkways...
5) seeing people trying to run in ponchos
6) get some kool stuff....hey who needs school neways...

I REALLY hated the rain last summer. I was there in July, and it rained and was about 75 degrees with no sun EVERY DAY I was there, and I was there for two weeks. And it wasn't that "It'll-be-over-in-a-few-minutes Florida rain", it was downpours and rain clouds every day. It DID ruin my summer, I didn't get a tan, I was cold in my shorts and ended up buying three pairs of jeans because it was so cold for all the AC and cold temp's. I was miserable and cold and wet and generally unhappy. If I wouldn't have been in WDW, I think I would have run away. I think anyone who was there last July can oblige to that. I hope it is nicer this summer, I am counting on that Florida sunshine for a great tan!

That's funny, here in Michigan, we have a similar saying..."If you don't like the weather, blink", and it is so true. This past weekend, the weather was pretty nice, it was a little sunny and warm consitering the fact that it was snowing, and then today, boom, we wake up and it is -6 degrees outside. I guess it's just winter, though.
