Why Animal Kingdom is now so popular?

Bigger question is why is AK the hottest park when there are so many trees and shaded areas.

Is it? I always feel like I'm burning up when I'm going to the Studios because there's no shade anywhere.

I agree. I've had issues with shade in the three other parks but not AK. I'd prefer shade and a bit of humidity to being burnt alive in direct sunshine, much of Epcot and DHS are just large expanses of concrete and some of MK.

The worst part about it is Dinoland USA. The only good part of Dinoland is the dinosaur ride.

Good point, but I was thinking more about waiting in the outdoor portions of RnRC, ToT, and Runaway Railway. If you're not in the shops, the park also lacks shade just about everywhere else other than Galaxy's Edge.
