Disney released a video showing the queue line and then on-ride video (just showing the reactions of 4 rider's faces) one of those faces just happened to be our Zac

Yep, DMC got it. Girl on the top left in the video, hands on the harness at about 55 seconds in.
I only WISH I'd been on M:S!I simply took a quick picture of myself at the same angle as the girl, cut my face out in photoshop, made it black and white, placed it over hers, and changed the shirt to a t-shirt. I really wasn't trying to fool anyone, which is why I posted it in chit-chat. Although now that I think about it, if I actually HAD been on M:S, and I was gonna tell everyone, I'd probably put that in chit-chat too. Whoops!
I'd been wanting to make this avatar since the day the video came out, but I couldn't figure out how to grab a still from the video. Once I had a quick discussion with Dan, we decided I'd try to pull the video into Premiere and then take a screenshot, which worked perfectly. I actually had a title, then a 3,2,1 countdown, then a fade into the ride, and then a fade back to the title, but as you could probably guess, I couldn't get it below 20k at a decent quality. So, in the end I settled for the 4 frame "shaker."
Sorry, again, for the confusion. I have NOT been on Mission: Space. But I'll be the first to tell you when I do!
