Who suffer from depression after coming back from WDW ? :(

It's a very hard crash from the high of anticipating the WDW trip coming up......to the euphoria of being there on the trip. Then, when it's over, it's all :arghh::arghh::arghh::arghh:.

And it's now been little over 3 years since my last WDW trip......with no new trip in sight.

been there too. I try to slowly sink back into the real world, but reality is reality. returning from my recent trip last month was a bigger slap in the face. had to go to work the next day. :arghh:

yeah, I know there are big problems in the World (I'm french so the return was even sadder this time) but it makes the missing of the magical World even ten times bigger... :'(
I thought to start to plan a new trip but it means in two years ( how can we make pass the time faster lol ?)
I enjoy read your trip report, and say "wow I did this too!!' 'oh no I didnt do this, I need to remember' .... but it is sad to be home and going back to work after days in WDW...

I always get depressed coming home from a vacation. We had a great time, but our trip seemed to fly by this year. What makes it harder is not knowing when you will be heading back to WDW.

I was there for 2 weeks in September and in October I had a baby so It hasn't hit me yet. In 2016 were going to Universal and Sea World for a week in May and Disney World for a week or 8 days in September so knowing that makes it better ! Start planning your next trip it helps trust me!

Yes
We don't get that way. Plenty of other things need attention and time to sort out properly. Its a spot we like to vacation at as time permits, but its not all consuming in our lives. Time to mow pastures, mend fences, and only so much time in a year. All that aside, we're leaving in the morning for WDW again!

We always have the next trip in the planning stages and other places as well that we like to visit thru the year......Memphis, beach, etc., so there is always something to look forward to.

It's always depressing when your vacation ends. I'm not as bummed out about it as I was last year - last year I went for 2 days, this year in September I went for 3 - so maybe I might be close to finding my sweet spot for how many days I'd like to spend at WDW. Having said that I'm kind of on the fence about whether I want to go in December or in February for my birthday. The cost to go there is what stops me from going multiple times a year.

I AM... :(
It passed so quickly, it is hard to come back to reality. What do you do to help it? :(
People who are going to stay, please try to enjoy every second of it! ( I thought I did lol)
Those are my exact sentiments right now. 15 day trip felt like a long weekend away. But that usually means you enjoyed yourself. Better to come back and be sad then to be happy to be back after having your wallet lifted by Mickey and his friends. hahahah
