Who should be the next SSE narrator?

JenniferS

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
No sense in changing the narrator until you change that mind-numbing, insulting script.
Then, I would love to hear Jeremy Irons again; or Tom Selleck or Tom Hanks, if looking for a new voice.
To me, the ride requires a strong male voice. YMMV

Oh my, what makes you think that?

OH MY!

(seriously though, I've got several books on tape he's done, and he's got an amazing voice and knows how to use it)

Eh. The problem is that he's known as a comedian first and foremost.

He may very well be a good narrator...but his voice wouldn't match the serious and awe-inspiring (*cough*jeremyirons*cough*) tone that I believe SSE deserves.

That having been said....I think Takei would do wonders as a holographic virtual host for Test Track, replacing the bland SIRI/GladOS voice.

Even though its not about space, how about someone that really loves outer space Tom Hanks? But that could be confusing to kids who wonder why woody and the polar express conductor is a tour guide..You need someone charismatic not another british hot shot (looking at you Judi)...Leo Dicaprio would be perfect but he's not exactly the disney type

oh i think leo narrating would actually be really good. but yes, the image may not fit what disney would be looking for. i, too, would like to hear a non-brit next time around.

Ooh, how about Joseph Gordon-Levitt? He HAS worked with Disney on multiple occasions (Treasure Planet and the most recent Muppets special being two examples), and he's a fine actor, in my opinion. Tom Hiddleston would be another good choice, as he's a British hot-shot AND incredibly charismatic.
