Who is going to WDW this year?

Hi, Guys!
I am going to Walt Disney World! I tell this to everyone but no one seems to realize the real importance of this special occasion. I am going in Oct, and gonna see the 100 celebration! Does anyone know more details about it? What about the snowglobes parade? And the pins? What do they really do? Is anyone else going to WDW? We can share our anxiety and happpiness, and maybe photos and videotapes when we come back!

I think Steve prefers it if we dont have animated signatures, it takes up too much space, causing more expense to him.

I took December 5 off at the beggining of this year from work so I could spend Walt's 100 birthday at WDW. I go every weekend and sometimes during the week so I will be there in October.

Pretty close. I go over sometimes after work, too but not very often because I'm usually too tired the next day...

I'm going 9/19 - 9/23. CAN'T WAIT! I also tell people where I'm going...with SHEER EXCITEMENT I might add....and people think I'm crazy! They cannot fathom the fact that I love WDW so much. They'll tease and such, but the only response I give them - "Go there...you'll understand!!!"

We're going Sept 11- Sept 18, 3 weeks from today! We'll miss the 100Years this time, but hubby promises we'll go in January 2002 or March 2002 so we can see everything. Can't wait!!

My boyfriend cant stand talking about wdw anymore... He says I am mad!!! My friends at the universitiy keep singing m-i-c-k-e-y m-o-u-s-e.... when I enter the classroom...

Yes, we're taking Delta! Don't care how many complaints they get, I love that airport! I'm allowed to say that because we're right in the flight plan. The planes and especially helicopters fly over our house all the time. Since it only takes 5 minutes to get to the airport and get me on my way to Disney, I'm happy!!!!

Nice area over there. I'm in Huntington so I'm about 30 minutes away...love that! Won't have to deal with all that city traffic. Delta it is for both of us!! Can't wait!

Soon to be hubby and I will be honeymooning there very shortly. We'll be there from Sept 17th to Oct 13th. I hope it will be a good enough "fix" to tide me over till next year...
