Here you go:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/parks/magic-kingdom/entertainment/wishes-nighttime-spectacular/

Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is the biggest, brightest fireworks extravaganza in Magic Kingdom theme park history.

Jiminy Cricket is your host, guiding Pinocchio, Cinderella, Ariel, Peter Pan and other beloved Disney Characters through a fantastic tale told amongst the stars.

A magnificent musical score synchs with the fireworks for a stunning aural and visual experience, featuring unique pyrotechnics and special effects.

Discover that wishes do come true when you experience Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, a story so big only the sky can hold it!

Additional Information

Fireworks schedules vary by season. See the Times Guide for exact dates and times. Times Guides are available at the Park entrance, Guest Relations and most merchandise locations.

The show can be viewed throughout the Park, but to see Tinker Bell flying in the sky, a view from the front of Cinderella Castle is recommended.

Here's another quick description:

Wishes is a beautiful firework show set to classic Disney tunes, held on most evenings that the Magic Kingdom stays open past dusk. It is also a congregation of the dumbest, most inconsiderate people on the planet. Among the idiots you will find on Main Street are the following:

- Moronic parents putting their children on their shoulders so the people behind them can't see.

- People who pretend they don't speak English who will come from nowhere and cut in front of you at 8:58PM after you've been standing there for 2 hours.

- CM's who have absolutely no control over the huge crowds and cause traffic backups usually only seen on Los Angeles Highways.

You will find some of the cheapest, tackiest, yet expensive light up souveniers known to man. By all means, pass these up so you can listen to your child cry for the next 90 minutes.

In addition, after the show, you will encounter lines for buses, boats and monorails that seem to stretch to Canada. Once you finally get to your bus (about 2 hours later), you will no doubt end up standing next to someone who apparently lives in an area where deodorant is not sold.

Once arriving back at your resort, you will no doubt end up either yelling at your children or fighting with your spouse, and promising to never to go through that hell again.

Enjoy!:)

You forgot:

- Budding photographers who haven't yet figured out that flash photography doesn't work with fireworks.

Oh no. That review only pertains to Wishes. You don't want to see my review of the Magic Kingdom during and after the first parade of the evening. Not that I could post it here anyways. I'd be banned for use of excessive profanity.

I love Wishes and the MK is my favorite park. Last month, we spent 16 nights at Disney, and didn't stay 1 night for Wishes or the parade. Just watched from the beach.

Disney should do a spoof movie about evenings in the Magic Kingdom called "Nightmare on Main Street U.S.A.", and have Mickey Mouse play Freddy Krueger.

This happens to me EVERY time. I am starting to consider carrying samples with me to hand out to those in need. "Here bud - it will change your life - trust me!!"

wow

Thanks for quick answeres. A pretty good immage of the chaos has been painted. My 5yo is usually in bed by 9-10pm so I've been trying to decide whether to stay for fireworks at any of the parks. He's never really seen them live.

Pft you hit the nail on the head with that one. This crap happened to us last Friday. My older brother that is 6'4 and rock solid with muscle and a bouncer was not having any of it. You shoulda seen the look in the guy's eyes when he saw my brother glaring clean down at him.

I can't speak for other parents, but our girls know the meaning of the word no... When we say no, it means just that! It doesn't mean cry & scream until we give in and say yes. Just sayin'.

Too bad there's no emoticon for patting yourself on the back ...

Despite the negativity, don't pass up Wishes. Your kids will like it cause fireworks obviously have the "oooh and ahhh" factor, but I enjoy it more now as an adult then I did as kid. Fireworks over the castle and the music that goes with it capture the essence of Disney World and the Magic Kingdom especially, probably better than any other other show or attraction on the property. Let your 5yo take a late or long nap during the day and let'em stay up for the show, it is vacation after all! Telling him or her they get to stay up late as a special vacation treat will probably excite them more than the show itself!

Yes, the mad rush out of the parks is annoying, so maybe hang out near the entrance of Main Street and bolt as soon as the show ends. OR, if your child is unexpectedly going strong, find a nice bench or an out-of-the-way place to sit and let the madness clear out. Hang out in the park as it starts to empty, its kind of neat.

I agree - Don't pass up Wishes.

Just think of the exiting of the Magic Kingdom afterwards as an adventure of sorts. You know, like the running of the bulls in Spain. It's exhausting, scary, you're running for your life and you'll probably get trampled at some point, but in the end, you've got a great story to tell.

Great idea!! The only thing worse than the Main Street Electrical Parade is.....TWO Main Street Electrical Parades. The traffic around the Magic Kingdom at night is horrific. Plus 12+ hours of some folks who don't believe in Old Spice or additional hygiene products can produce a VERY pungent odor!
