Which week in february?

My DW got laid off last June so our winter trip to WDW is going to depend on me getting a Christmas bonus. (I'd say a 20% chance?).
Thinking positive, I'm planning on a february trip.
Is there anything going on I should be aware of, crowd wise?
What would be a quite week from the end of January to the start of March?
Or is there a week in there that I should avoid?
When are the worst spring break weeks?

The last part of January and most of February are pretty quiet, except for President's weekend.

presidents day week. Which I go to every year is packed. Normally one of the busiest times of the year. I believe it is mid februrary this year I forget. The whole north east is out of school so I would avoid that week. Id say first week of feb, but thats just my opinion.

Feb 4-8 is the National Dance Team Championships so they'll be an abundance of high school girls then but it's still not to bad.

We've been the first week of February many times and its a great time, a bit chilly some days/nights, but crowdwise, perfect. There are cheerleaders around, but their nothing like the big tour groups.

You want to have your trip finished up before February 14. Room rates switch from value rate to peak rate on 2/14. The crowds also make a comparative jump at that time as well.

I'm going the 13th-20th, which I know is not an ideal week, but it's the week I'm off from work, so I have no choice.

I went that week last year, and there were big crowds on the weekend and Monday, but they had thinned considerably by mid-week. I'm hoping for a repeat of that this year.
