Well, the title says it all. I personally think DHS. It's a big mess. I went the day before yesterday and ugh I just think it reaaally needs it... Some retheming, refurbs, new attractions, etc...

How about you guys???

No WDW park is in DCA's shape.

Maybe Epcot. Not in the way it sucks it just needs lots of updating and rethemeing (WoL, UoE, Imagination).

I doubt Disney would ever make the big mistake that DCA was again. Therefore, an expansion on DCA's level would probably never happen again.

DHS.

But, I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to see EPCOT with that kind of investment, attention from the company and new direction behind it.

Kind of like 1982.

Every Disney park around the world (well, maybe except TDS) could use a couple extra billion dollars. Yes - even the parks at WDW! Even though I really liked DHS, I felt some of the shows and attractions needed some updating.

I think DHS is a thematic mess... Ugh I don't I just think the park is worn out and just not that cohesive... I mean the Backlot Tour has GOT to go... All it does it take up space.

Agreed with EPCOT it would be cool to see it get that much attention from WDI. Same goes for MK.

I agree with the idea that ALL of the parks could benefit from a billion dollars apiece, but I think Hollywood Studios is in the most dire need. I think DHS has some great attractions, and I think it has some pretty things to look at, but it does not feel like A PLACE the way the other theme parks do. There is no mistaking the feel of the Magic Kingdom, or EPCOT, or Animal Kingdom.

But not Hollywood Studios. Of all the parks it seems the most confused on what its theme is actually supposed to be. Is it still supposed to be about showing how movies are made, or is it just a random collection of attractions? Is it meant to BE Hollywood, or is it just a recreation of it?

When the actual animation and live-action studio elements were shut down and removed, the Studios lost its heart and soul, as well as its focus. It would be no different if Animal Kingdom stopped being a zoo and sent all of its animals away. Sure, you'd still have the animatronic Yetis and dinosaurs headlining the "big attractions," and perhaps the thrill seekers wouldn't even notice the difference, but something very real, unique, and special would be lost.

The incredible popularity of Tower of Terror, Rock 'N Rollercoaster, and now Toy Story Midway Mania have disguised the gradual loss of identity at Hollywood Studios. They haven't contributed to the original theme of the park, and they haven't really shaped a new one either. But they're popular, so no one cares very much that the original (or early) attractions are either completely gone, or have stood completely unchanged and unimproved for the last 20 years.

I voted for DHS because at the moment its a bit lacking in thematics...

However I think that Epcot needs to be looked at and put back to it's original message, Do you learn anything on Test Track or Mission: Space, not really... I admit I think M:S should stay but TT is getting old and needs to be replced with a new more informing ride. As does, UOE, which needs a new film and idea! Who really knows who Ellen or Bill Nye are these days? And then of course there's Imagination, as much as Eric Idle is more current, hes not a patch on Dean Finder. The Land is OK but a bit of a theming mix up... and as bad as it sounds I like the Seas, because it gets children in and is informative at the same time. As to wonders of life... well.. we need a new pavillion. And maybe some new logos like the old ones (not nesscesscarily the same) and a rename, "EPCOT Center" is the future.

And MK, yer it needs some work...

(Oh dear, I'm turning into an Epcot fan boi... :lookaroun)

Welcome. :D

We have SSE Shaped Cookies.:slurp::lol:

There should be an option for none. IMO none of the parks in WDW are a mess like DCA, it is not even close.

That's true, too, but MGM is close.

Then again, was DCA even that bad?:lookaroun
