No, the majority seem to dislike Tom Sawyer Island, and especially as it takes up lots of space and is time-consuming to get to and from, a lot of people think it should be closed and replaced with something different. However I think they're wrong. TSI is a different kind of fun from most of what you find at WDW. It's also a refuge from the craziness in the rest of the park. Actually, WDW has been adding more attractions like TSI. All of the "playground" type attractions are the same concept. They give parents a chance to sit and relax while their kids run wild. They give kids a chance for some unstructured time to avoid exhaustion with the walk, wait, ride routine.
