I personally want Stitch's great escape to close because that may be the worst ride in WDW!!!

Out of those options though, Dinoland. I feel like that space could be used for a Tarzan ride or a Lion King theme. Idk but Disney has so many nature themed movies that, I feel that spot could be better utilized
I'm imagining a new land replacing Dinoland (Except for the Dinosaur ride) that can be themed after woodland animals. Even a deer is part of a carving on the Tree Of Life. It might be like Camp Minnie Mickey but with more attractions and would be a great area for representation of other Disney films like Bambi or Brother Bear.

Don't understand most this list. Sure a few rides may need updates (Great movie ride) but why would you remove it? Kali River Rapids is a pretty good Rapids ride in a park that needs good rides? Mission: Space wasn't the perfect E-Ticket we all hoped, but I ride it every time and it is a fun/immersive ride.

Figment needs to be updated. Monster's Inc should be moved to another park. But Stitch is the worst. It replaced a great storytelling ride in Alien Encounter with a silly and poor replacement. I like Stitch himself so that makes it more sad.

For the last time, this is not my opinion. I gathered attractions that many people dislike or believe they are outdated. Everyone thinks these are my least favorites or what I want to close down.

Stitch is a good-looking attraction with a horrible script. Maybe a general re-write would help, but I don't know...(and they should get rid of those awful chairs that crush your shoulders).

I'm surprised Laugh Floor got so many negative votes. It doesn't belong in Tomorrowland, but it's still a fun show. Lots of laughs. Families love it.

Figment needs a major upgrade, DUH. It's pathetic as it is now.

Never really paid attention to Dinoland. Doesn't interest me, but maybe little kids like it, or something.

Tiki Room deserves to stay for all sorts of reasons, primarily because it's a fun, classic show and a veritable oasis where you can relax and cool off for a few minutes. And then, Dole Whip!

I still enjoy the Great Movie Ride. Haven't ridden it since its "upgrade" though. And the Chinese Theater is gorgeous.

The Sea with Nemo and Friends is LAME. Doubt it's going anywhere, though, with the fresh success of the Dory movie.

Kali is meh. You sit in a round thing and get wet. Whee!

I've experienced Mission Space once and was underwhelmed, frankly. Wondered what the big deal was.

Muppets should get the same fate as its theater in Disneyland. Plus it's going to be smack in the middle of Star Wars now, if what everybody here is saying is true. The theater is where GOTG ought to go, if anywhere. But I pretty much ignore that area anyway, and I'll especially ignore it AND its surrounding attractions once Star Wars throws up all over them.

Mermaid has a great queue that leads into an unimpressive ride, except for Ursula. The new Frozen in EPCOT demonstrates what Mermaid should have been like. Ah well, maybe the new lighting and paint did help. I'll find out next time I'm in WDW and ride it again.

They aren't going to get rid of Mission Space. It was a $100m attraction and built only about 12 years ago. Attractions have at least a 20 year run (for better or worse). An update to the existing concept would be welcomed and would bring this attraction back to prominence.

The problem with the current experience is that they've essentially crippled half the ride because people can't handle the original spec. It's actually an incredible concept which was very well executed, but circumstances forced them to tone it down for the "Green Team," essentially ruining half the ride.

A new mission and fully operational attraction would make this the ride it was when it first opened. It's an experience like no other attraction. Think about how cool a new mission to our nearest star, other earth like planets, and moons far away. Imagine encountering black holes, neutron stars, asteroids, and comets along the way.

Space travel is one of the coolest concepts imaginable and the opportunities are HUGE. It just needs some TLC and an update. The simulator is still really cool.

Couldn't agree more, I like the ride personally but I love the concept even more.

The possibilities that this ride could offer are amazing.

I love how everyone has lots of different opinions on each attraction. I will give my thoughts on each one now.

MONSTERS INC. LAUGH FLOOR - I do think this show is okay, though I don't watch it often. Don't know my opinion on closing it.
JOURNEY INTO IMAGINATION WITH FIGMENT - As much as I really like it, the original was better. Needs an upgrade.
ENCHANTED TIKI ROOM - Never seen it, but want to try it next visit. Must stay for it's important role in Disney history.
UNDER THE SEA: JOURNEY OF THE LITTLE MERMAID - This was my vote. Utterly useless and took up lots of space.
DINOLAND U.S.A. - Everyone hates this place. For me it's kinda cheesy, but I find it quite heartwarming. Primeval Whirl is a nice coaster.
MUPPET*VISION 3D - Don't care how unpopular it is, this is the best Disney 3D show. I hope it will survive the Star Wars terrorist attack.
THE SEAS - I loved this ride as a kid, but I think Nemo needs a better representation in WDW. A Finding Dory attraction is possible.
KALI RIVER RAPIDS - It's fun, but it's lack of theming is disappointing. Maybe they could add the crododile thingy from Roaring Rapids.
THE GREAT MOVIE RIDE - I don't mind new scenes, but it better not leave. It's DHS's signature attraction (well not really but still).
MISSION: SPACE - Decent, but gets quite old. Maybe they can do something like Star Tours where you go on different missions.

Not nearly as out of date as the "modern" scene in CoP featuring a POWER GLOVE.
I still view that as the "idea" of tomorrow. All they really need to update is the clothing, the "laser disc" and "car phone" references, and maybe the video game.

We don't drive spaceships to work and we still use computers, TVs, laptops, and voice automation.

A completely revamped final scene would look virtually the same as it does today and wouldn't really further the message of a "great big beautiful tomorrow." They certainly still get that point across, despite a few out of date elements.

I'd rather see them redo the audio, the animatronics, and seating/carpets to really spruce it up. The dialogue and show are essentially perfect otherwise.

I enjoy all of the rides on your list, so I don't want to see any of them closed down.

I never understand questions like this anyway. Out of all the rides and attractions there are bound to be a few each of us doesn't really love. Doesn't mean that that ride needs to be shut down.

Another attraction I was surprised didn't make this list was Swiss Family Robinson Tree House, its such a waste of space, and I highly doubt today's generation of kids have a clue what it is rather than just that a "Tree House". I never see anyone lined up to go there, and we just go on it as something to do, which is rare.

Also Tom Sawyer Island, another area in dire need of a demo or re-theme, another great spot for something rather than an island that no one hardly visits.

*Note: Still new to the boards, so sorry if these 2 attractions are either loved my most, or the topics have been beaten to death. =)

I think Tom Sawyer Island can stay, but now Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse is useless. I bet if Disney removed it they could built a great new attraction.

I just thought of something else that should be added to the list: The Tomorrowland Dance Party

Don't even get me started on that... THING...

And a tree house is a bad thing?

It's a walk-through. It doesn't have a line, because it is a line.

Also Tom Sawyer Island, another area in dire need of a demo or re-theme, another great spot for something rather than an island that no one hardly visits.

Wow, based on the two attractions you picked, I'm guessing you didn't like playing outdoors much as a child.

No, the majority seem to dislike Tom Sawyer Island, and especially as it takes up lots of space and is time-consuming to get to and from, a lot of people think it should be closed and replaced with something different. However I think they're wrong. TSI is a different kind of fun from most of what you find at WDW. It's also a refuge from the craziness in the rest of the park. Actually, WDW has been adding more attractions like TSI. All of the "playground" type attractions are the same concept. They give parents a chance to sit and relax while their kids run wild. They give kids a chance for some unstructured time to avoid exhaustion with the walk, wait, ride routine.

I actually loved playing outside as a kid =)

But in all seriousness I'm paying for Disney (which to me = RIDES/SHOWS) at least in my book. My daughter loved TSI the 1st time she visited it, and she likes SFRTH. But sorry I'm not paying $$$ for her to go on what is basically a playground. Sure for 5-10 mins while I grab a snack is 1 thing, but that's it. Even a re-theming of these 2 attractions to make it more Disney/PIXAR would be a little better and more enjoyable.
