World of Motion - Without a doubt.
As a child I really loved that Epcot was about learning and having fun doing it -
I distinctly remember all the fun information I absorbed on our family trips to EPCOT - I loved it.
It really is too bad that this generation will miss out on this - Everything seems dumbed down for the masses now.
Edu-tainment I think they called it.
Oh well???
I think it's a shame that the original EPCOT dark rides were scrapped- WOM and horizons both were designed with a historical first section so only the end of the ride would need updating over time but new management took a different path
WoM is a classic and I would say TT is also a classic...Its really hard, because they are vastly different ride experiences.
Looking at Imagination, the same ride system turned into a heaping pile of garbage. Outside being in the same building, WoM and TT have virtually nothing in common.
With that being said, my disappointment with TT stems from it being in place of, instead of in addition to, WoM. They both are fantastic.
As for the difference between TT and TTv2, TT was a much better theme, but I do like the music better on v2. Give me the TTv2 soundtrack on TT and you have a winner.
For nostalgia, World of Motion. I can remember seeing the scene of the cars at the New York World's Fair. However, if I remember right (yup, I'm that old!) at the time, the sponsor was Ford. Anyone else remember?
