Actually it all depends on what the occasion is....
A spring or Easter party would be the Mad Tea Party.
Summer birthday? Pirates!
Autumn or Halloween = Haunted Mansion
Christmas or Winter would be Cinderella Castle. I know, I know, it's not a *ride*, but there isn't much else for that time of year.

I once threw a surprise Test Track party. I threw some German blocks on the road to test my neighbour's cars reaction to unexpected stress.

They didn't think it was a fun idea, but I did.

I turned my basement stairway into a light tunnel, I put blach sheeting on the ceiling and walls and installed the lights for a party. It's still there and it's falling apart which makes it even more authentic.
