Which is the correct menu?

I'm looking at V&A here and trying to figure out which is the correct menu.

http://www.victoria-alberts.com/pdf/diningmenuf.pdf says one thing. However,

https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/grand-floridian-resort-and-spa/victoria-and-alberts/menus/ says something else

Any thoughts?

It changes so often (the menus for all of the restaurants do), that I wouldn't base a reservation on any menu, current or not, since you'll more than likely show up and find that the options have changed, especially if you're making ADRs 180 days out. Think of the posted menus merely as a sample of "the kind of cuisine" you might expect, and not as a list of actual dishes you will be offered. :)

I've gathered that they rotate quite a bit. I was just hoping for the sake of hope it might be locked in for like 2-3 weeks. I'm eating there in 20 days and the foodie in me is getting anxious. I guess like I kid on Christmas I'll just have to wait and see what I get

The menu is never locked in. They will change it as often as daily based on what items the chef can get.

if you are looking at the menu to see if there is something you would like, don't worry.
every time i have gone, they have contacted me prior to the event and asked about likes and dislikes and allergies. i haven't gone in a couple of years, i assume they still do. but if they don't you can always call and discuss menu with them, trust me, they cater to you. (even brought me a shawl one time when I was chilly)

I have zero worries, just anxious is all. When I get this close to holiday I start climbing up the walls & lose focus. I was disappointed though to see foie gras is no longer served on property =(

As everyone has mentioned the menu at V&A's changes often sometimes daily depending on the availability of ingredients. You shouldn't have any problems the Chef's at V&A's are at the top of their game and make some of the best food on property and can customize the menu when needed at a whim.

What is the average tab for for dinner for 2?

The menu will differ both acording to what ingredients (of quality) are available AND if you noted any prefrences/allergies when you made your reservation.

We at there last month. Dinner for two in the main room, wine pairings, and two upgrades (Wagu-style beef and Dover Sole) ran about five bills.

AS others have stated, V&A has a market fresh menu and chances are it changes daily. But because of it, you're getting one of the freshest dinners in the Orlando area. My advice, get a fish dish.

Jimmy Thick- You're also paying for the freshness...
