At Disney WorldI definitely think that good service is number one. Without that what do you have? A close second is a clean park. Nobody wants to put their hand in somebody else's gum or step around somebody else's trash. Third is park rides. Even though that's what I mainly go to a theme park for, if you don't have the other 2 then where are you?

1. Good Service - Vacation is not that time to deal with the same customer service as you do at work.
2. Clean Park - 3 yr old, do not need him in anything else...
3. Good Rides - Not a Problem at Disney (Also Cedar Point - Sandusky OH, Kenny Wood - Pittsburgh PA)

1. Good Sevice - Unpleasant employees and slow and/or incompetent service annoy me with any theme park or business.

2. Cleanliness - I'm a neat freak so I care about the cleanliness and, in my opinion, is almost as important as good service. A clean park to me indicates the company takes pride in their appearance and the image they present to the public. And after all, who wants to go play in a dump?

3. Attractions - While number is important (who wants to spend money to see only a few attractions?), crappy service and a dirty park will put enough of a damper on my experience that I won't be able to enjoy the attractions even if it's a fair number. For example, my last trip to Disney, I rode at the front of the monorail for the first time. I was excited, but the driver was silent the whole time and would only respond to my two questions with a shake of the head. I didn't talk any further 'cause it was clear he didn't want to chat.

This list is the same for Disney and non-Disney theme parks.

This was spawned by a speaker from Universal. I disagree with something he said so I am doing this to either prove or disprove his point.
Now off to PM all the people who do not know how to follow directions.
After the polls close and the votes are tallied, can you share your findings?

I'm sure some of us (at least myself) are interested with what the speaker from Universal stated. And if the statement made agreed or disagreed with your findings from the polls.

Just make sure all the votes get counted :lookaroun
(it's a joke so please don't neg rep me. )

1. Amount of rides and attractions seen. I couldn't imagine going to MK and seeing only 3 different things.

2. Cleanliness. I can be a neat freak. The parks have to be clean and shiny. Any other non-Disney parks can be dirty.

3. Service. Not the least important, it just follows after the first 2.

Service
Cleanliness
Quantity.

I've been to a Six Flags and Alton Towers in the UK, both had a good quantity of rides, including some technically great rides, but it all counted for little due to the surley staff putting you on the rides, the bad food service and generall grubby feel to the park. Alton Towers was full of lager lout yobs when I went and they did not help - foul language and littering everywhere.

My order is based on WDW:

1. cleanliness
2. service
3. rides

Now, I live close to Carowinds, and for that, I would have completely different answers, because I expect so much less from them!

1. rides
2. service
3. cleanliness

I think someone already said it and that good service will take care of the rest..I believe that for the hard earned money I am spending I better get good service, this goes for any theme park, so if you preach good service the place should be as reasonably clean as it can be, the amount of rides would be last. Sometimes the proprieters of an establishment cant control who comes into their parks and what kind of a mess they make so as long as they try and keep up with it, and address concerns promptly when notified, especially in health hazard concerns, the rest should be good.

1. Rides and attractions I expect a whole different experience at Disney than any other amusement park.

I think service and cleanliness run hand and hand and expect them to be at a higher quality at Disney.
