Which Deluxe Resort?

We are Planning go to disney for December 2010! But! Which Deluxe Resort should we take! I was thinking of AKL!

Even though I love the Poly, we're staying at WL in December.

I love the rooms and atmosphere around the Boardwalk.

My vote is for boardwalk. The proximity to EPCOT is awesome, nightlife is great, boat-rides are fun. Winner all around.

Boardwalk looks like such a beautiful resort. Just walking through the lobby made me want to stay there. You're right, the location is great and the atmosphere within that area is fantastic.

Animal kingdom lodge beautiful yes.....but

Poly all the way, pure disney magic, cant wait to stay here :sohappy:

The AKL is absolutely beautiful BUT it is the most out of the way property to stay in. Less than a mile to the Animal Kingdom but for everything else is a drive to reach. If you stay here, I would recommend renting a car. the Poly is a terrific place and easy travel to most venues either with Disney transportation or a car rental. I vote Poly.:wave:

Least amount of white trash at Grand Floridian.

I love the look of the Boardwalk, but I don't think I'd stay there with young kids. There are no restaurants in the hotel. You have to go down to the Boardwalk itself, which can be a bit of a pain.
