Nope- I have it on good authority that KH will not be ported to either the PC or any other consoles.

..isnt that what they said about Final fantasy 8? (yes..i know it took like 3 years to get ported)

Well - don't hold your breath.

Final Fantasy VIII was released back in Dec 99, so looks like you've got a long wait ahead.

If they ever ported it, I really hope they include a good joystick with it - this game is built for the DS2. It plays more like Brave Fencer than normal Square RPGs. Totally new battle system, not turn based or menu driven.

X Box: IMO, do NOT get X Box. Its already showing signs of dying, and besides Halo, there isn't really any game worth getting for X Box that isnt on the other 2 systems anyway. Also, the controller sucks :D

PS2 - Graphics are about equal with Gamecube. PS2 already has a big selection of games, and even if a lot of them are throwaway games, you still have a bigger selection. Plus, you can get PS1 games for 10 dollars now and play them on your PS2, and its also a DVD player. Oh yeah, and the PS2 console is cool looking!

Gamecube: Slightly better graphics and speed than PS2, but a smaller selection of games. Like Nintendo 64, expect Gamecube to never get as big of a game library as PS2, but it'll always have the "Nintendo Classics" to make up for it. Downsides: Doesn't play DVDs, ugly looking console, and IMO, the controller layout sucks.

it's not that, look at it from a business perspective, even though ps2 is hard to program for there are enough units out there that the game will turn a profit in a smaller amount of time. nintendo is well nintendo and like disney has it's loyal following. so they know they can make a profit there. with xbox loosing money while trying to gain support companies are going to lok at it and say can we make a profit here. to a comapny games are big business and they will put their game where they think it will make the most profit.

...or whatever company pays them the most for the exclusivity rights :)

And talking about exclusive rights, Rare announced that Star Fox will be its last exclusive Nintendo game. It's a b*tch, because now I don't think we'll ever see a sequel to Conker and Perfect Dark on the Cube.
